MMDx Kidney Webinars

August 26, 2020 | Online

Traditional histopathology of kidney transplant biopsies is subject to error because of sampling issues; non-specificity of some features and assignation of binary categories. Molecular assessment of kidney transplant biopsies, developed with a large biopsy set and machine learning, allows definition of both rejection and injury states based on assessment of nearly 50,000 gene transcripts.

This webinar lecture will provide an introduction to MMDx and an assessment of the impact that MMDx may have on the management of kidney transplant recipients.
